  • BSMV-mediated VIGS also was conducted for the orthologous gene of TuMYB46L in common wheat (TraesCS5A02G101000, TaMYB46L), which led to substantial increase of TaACO3 transcript level and considerable decrease of the susceptibility to Bgt.
